Important: Due to the current situation of COVID-19, the customer’s order is likely to be delayed by another 2 to 3 weeks. However, all orders will be shipped and received. We prepare and ship orders day and night. Please note that the delay is due to circumstances that we cannot check. We want to continue to serve you as well as possible and want to be transparent about the situation. We shipping free orders from all over the world. Products in stock are usually shipped within at least 5 working days. There is no limit to the size and quantity of orders
Please allow minimum of 5 working days for processing of the order
Delivery time to almost all countries is usually about 2-4 weeks (excluding processing time). The tracking code gives you an order confirmation and shipping email, which you follow online within 2 to 5 days after placing your order. Orders will be sent to your home. If you do not receive an order and the tracking code is delivered, you can view the nearest post office.
If you have a problem with the size and send you the wrong size, please contact us via our customer service email. We need 3 images of the size (i.e. chest size, length, and sleeve size) as proof and then send you another identical product of the right size for free.
Note: We ship the products all over the world, all shipments are made from the United States, China & others.

We are responsible for all our products and ensure sufficient customer satisfaction. If your product is defective, you can return it within 15 days of receipt. You will have to pay shipping costs to return it to us and you will receive a refund.
Our policy lasts 15 days. Unfortunately, if you are 15 days away from the delivery date, we will not be able to provide you with a refund service.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and not returned. It should also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

In some cases, refunds will only be partially refunded at the time of return, if possible. The item is not in its original condition and the cause of the damage or loss of parts is not due to our malfunction. Any items will be returned within 15 days of delivery.
As soon as you have received and checked your return, we will send you an e-mail stating that we have received your return. We will also let you know if you accept or reject the refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment form within a certain number of days. Delayed or lost refunds (if possible) If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again. Items displayed (if possible): Only items bought at the normal price can be refunded, unfortunately, the sales items cannot be refunded.

It is your responsibility to pay your own shipping costs to return your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to access a common product may vary. If you’re shipping items over $75, consider using shipping services to track or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will lose your return if it can be lost during shipping.
